  • 100 g of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 400 g 20% sour cream
  • 1 tbsp. l. sugar powder.

Step -by -step preparation

  1. Heat the oven. In a pan, melt the honey over low heat and add soda. Hold another 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly. Then remove from heat and add butter.
  2. Beat 3 eggs with a mixer, gradually adding sugar. Add the cooled mixture of oil and honey to the eggs, and then suture the flour there. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Divide the resulting dough into 2 parts. Cover the baking sheet with a parchment or silicone rug and lay out the first half, smooth the spatula through the entire area.
  4. Bake cakes for 8-10 minutes at 160 degrees, check readiness visually.
  5. Cut the edges, grind them with a blender or in a stupa. Cut each cake into 4 or 6 parts.
  6. Mix sour cream with powdered sugar and smear all the pieces. Carefully put the cakes on each other, the top and sides are also lubricated with cream. Spray crumbs from all sides.
  7. You can immediately drink tea. But if you give a honey plant to brew for 3-4 hours, it will be saturated and even tastier, the TG channel “Food.ru” (18+) shared.
