On the eve of the Day of Memory and Sorrow, June 21, the Krasnoyarsk regional branch of the United Russia party, together with the KGAU House of Officers and the All -Russian Public Movement, “Victory Volunteers” held the Fiery Pictures of War.
In the year of the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory, party activists and residents of Krasnoyarsk created from more than 8 thousand candles the exposition of the Bi-4 hydroplan, which was made in Krasnoyarsk during the war and successfully fought with the enemy at the front. A floating aircraft was created in the workshops of the secret “Plant No. 477” under the leadership of the aircraft engineer Georgy Beriev.
To participate in the action, the organizers invited a representative of the family labor dynasty, pensioner, employee of the plant No. 477 Mikhail Zinovievich Pereshan. He went to the factory in the footsteps of his father Zalman Moiseevich Zinoviev, who worked at the secret factory during the Great Patriotic War and created the Bi-4 hydraulic collections.
“I worked at the factory from a young age, already at the shipbuilding plant. My father graduated in the 40th year of the Kharkov Aviation Institute and during the war he was sent here, ”recalls Mikhail Puliman. -This plant was built not only by the Be-4 aircraft, these were the aircraft repair workshops of the Seversmorputi. On the island of Molokov there was a flight test point, all the planes-and those that flew north, including the hydraulic planes, experienced them here on the Yenisei. Such promotions must be carried out, it is beauty and scope! These are holy dates – June 22 and May 9! ”
During the fermentation of the Krasnoyarsk campaign, honorary guests were greeted: a deputy of the regional parliament, the regional coordinator of the Party Party “Historical Memory” Evgeny Petrenko, the head of the regional branch of the “Young Guard of United Russia” Ilyas Valeev, the speaker of the regional parliament, the deputy secretary of the regional branch of “United Russia” Alexei Dodatko.

There were different paintings, a different number of candles, this year we set our own record. The picture will be laid out of more than 8 thousand candles. I am grateful to everyone who organized this action, to everyone who came here, because it is not just a symbol – this is our connection with history, with generations. Thus, our gratitude is expressed and respect for the feat of those who gave their lives for the freedom of our Motherland. This is gratitude to everyone who is engaged in patriotic education, preserving historical memory and truth, this is very important. Low bow to everyone for this important and great work. ”
At the end of the event, Alexei Dodatko spoke to the participants in the action:
“Krasnoyarsk helped the front as best he could, volunteers left here, many of them did not return, those who gave their lives for their homeland, those who later lifted the country. The land gave bread, equipment, everything that is needed to win, like the whole country. Thanks to that generation, the feat of the heroes, thanks to the dedication of those who worked in the rear, today we can build the future, think about how our children will live on the free land of our great country. The feat of the generation of winners gives us the strength to overcome difficulties, gives strength to the fighters who protect the interests of the country in the zone of a special military operation, do everything that is needed to win. Eternal memory to the fallen, glory to the generation of winners! ”
It should be noted that as part of the implementation of the party project “Historical Memory”, the action “Fiery Pictures of War” traditionally takes place in all cities of military glory, cities of labor valor and heroic cities, as well as in other states.
The preservation of historical memory, patriotic education are important directions of the folk program and the party project “Historical Memory”.
The Bi-4 hydroplanic plan was created in the workshops of the secret “Plant No. 477” under the leadership of the aircraft engineer Georgy Beriev. In the work on the hydraulic plane, the presence of a hydroaviation base, the neighborhood with large machine -building plants and fast Yenisei, which allowed to experience new equipment, helped. As a result, the Bi-4 hydroplane appeared, which accelerated to 350 km per hour, had a supply of 1000 km, wore heavy aircraft bombs or reactive missiles. From Krasnoyarsk, “Beshki” went to the front by trains, disassembled. Military pilots tested them in combat conditions, and sent their wishes for refinement. Krasnoyarsk planes fought over the Black and Baltic Seas, conducted reconnaissance, tracked off sea mines, drove German submarines, bombed the enemy and quickly saved the wound colleagues from the water. In total, the “Plant No. 477” launched about 40 Be-4 aircraft. Almost all of them went to the front, four pieces remained in the region and drove German submarines in Taimyr. After the war, the hydraulic plane went into history. But he became the progenitor of the Bi-200 amphibian aircraft, which extinguishes forest fires.
