– Acute personnel deficiency at enterprises requires non -standard and even extraordinary solutions now;
– Outdated and archaic courses should be excluded from the educational program in universities;
– level of teaching Mathematics and natural sciences in schools should be high throughout the country;
– from a third to half of engineers and technicians in Russia need to improve their qualifications;
-up to 40% of engineers do not finish training in higher education programs;
– We need to introduce individual curricula for students who are already working by specialty.
