The European Under 21 Championship in Slovakia continues today with the first matches in the third round of the group phase. They play simultaneously, from 7:00 pm, parties in group C, France U21 – Poland U21 and Georgia U21 – Portugal U21and from 22:00 Group A parties, Romania U21 – Slovakia U21 and Italy U21 – Spain U21. All confrontations will be transmitted in livetext format on gsp.ro.
In Group C, three teams still have a chance in qualifying in the quarterfinals of the European Youth (France U21, Portugal U21 and Georgia U21), Poland U21 being the only eliminated from the competition. France U21 and Portugal U21 are only in their hand for further qualification.
On the other side, in the group of Daniel Pancu's students, the situation is finalized before the last round, Italy U21 and Spain U21 having maximum score and going to the arm in the quarterfinals.
