Thousands of inhabitants of the Iranian capital Tehran flee from their homes and make supplies of strictly necessity goods, fearing that the current campaign of Air attacks of Israel against its old enemy, Iran, will intensify in the coming days, writes Reuters.
The Israeli army warned the Iranian civilians, through a series of messages, to leave certain areas for their own safety, which indicates the prospect of intensification of air attacks.
Iranian authorities have listed these messages as part of the “psychological war” and urged the population not to panic, although state television broadcast images with traffic jams on the roads of Tehran.
“We have nowhere to go. Where to go? How long do we have to stay away from our homes?” Said Shahriyar, a 38-year-old man, on the phone, in an intervention in Tehran, a city with over 10 million inhabitants, for Reuters.
Arshia, a 29 -year -old teacher, told the news agency that her family is leaving for Damavand, located about 50 kilometers (30 miles) east of Tehran, until the end of the conflict.

“My parents are scared. Every night there are attacks, no air raids are heard and we have no place to shelter. Why do we pay the price for the hostile policies of the Islamic Republic?” Said Arshia, who hid his family name for fear of the re-eheran reigns.
Israeli bombardments and attacks have spread a sense of fear throughout the Islamic Republic, exposing critical gaps in safety measures, especially the lack of adequate anti -aircraft shelters.
Despite the fact that it has built several underground “cities” for missiles, Iran does not have public anti -aircraft shelters. However, the government announced on Sunday that mosques, schools and subway will be open non-stop to serve as shelters during Israeli attacks.
“There were no sirens (warning, no), we had no place to shelter. Now it is worse, we cannot withdraw money from ATMs, from banks,” said Gholamreza Mohammadi, 48, a civil servant in Tehran.

“It is very difficult to rent a home outside Tehran … Also, food prices increase every day, because traders increase the prices of goods,” Mohammadi said.
He continued: “I am desperate. My two children are scared and cannot sleep at night because of the noise of the anti -aircraft defense, attacks and explosions. But we have nowhere to go. We hide below the living room.”

The number of dead in Iran reached at least 224, 90% of the victims being civilian, an Iranian official said. In Israel, 24 people were killed in the attacks with Iranian missiles that came as a response, all these victims being among the civilians.
Netblocks, an independent agency that monitors internet traffic, has reported a decrease in almost 50% of internet access for Iranians, confirming users' reports on Friday's online interruptions, when Israel has launched the first waves of air attacks.
Iranian security forces issued warnings against any contact with Israel, according to the state press, while dozens of people were arrested for “espionage in favor of Israel or inciting public opinion by spreading lies.”

“It was worse than on other nights. Explosion after explosion. Many of our friends left this morning. We will leave. We just try to get some money from the bank,” said Maryam, 33, a teacher in Tehran.
A resident of the Ekbatan neighborhood in the capital of Iran said: “A bank had a withdrawal limit of 150 million rials (about $ 160), but most allowed only 30 million rials ($ 32).”

Three traders in Tehran have told Reuters that people are making food supplies, gas and water gas cylinders. Ramin, 48, said that his pharmacy was stormed by customers.
