Wołodymyr Złenski warns. “When the attention of the world is focused on the Middle East, Putin plans further attacks”
On Sunday, the Ukrainian leader had a meeting with the Military Service, the Security Service of Ukraine and members of the government on the protection of infrastructure against Russian attacks.
“Russia is planning further attacks on energy, which may now be less visible to the world due to focusing on the situation in the Middle East. The relevant data is in the reports of the intelligence services of our partners,” wrote Zelnski on Telegram.
He noted that the Minister of Energy of Ukraine has already informed about the Russian threat to nuclear energy infrastructure International Atomic Energy Agency (Maea), Steve Witkoff and its counterpart in the USA.
The head of Maea Rafael Grossi after a visit to Kiev at the beginning of June stated that threats to nuclear safety remain very real and constant.
