The Siberian anticyclone paralyzed the air traffic in the European part of Russia: Russian -made aircraft cannot fly up
The increased atmospheric pressure caused by the arrival of the Siberian anticyclone on February 5 in the European part of Russia affected the aircraft. Flights to Moscow, Kaliningrad, Nizhny Novgorod and Samara are massively canceled.
The most anticyclone I hit Pulkovo and Superjet. The thing is that in the area of the St. Petersburg airport they record an indicator of 1054 GPa – Superjets prohibited departure and landing if the indicator exceeds 1052 GPa.
They cancel flights at Moscow airports, but not yet in such a volume.
