I take a pack of cottage cheese, bananas and lavash – a delicious PP breakfast for the whole family in 20 minutes

If you are tired of in the morning, there is fried or oatmeal, try cooking a simple cottage cheese breakfast. To prepare it, you will need a minimum of time and products.

Ingredients:

Bananas – 2 pcs. medium size
Cottage cheese – 400 g
Vanilin – 1 bag
Sugar – 1 tbsp. l.
Thin lavash – 1 package
Yolk – 1 pc.

How to cook:

  • Cut the bananas in small cubes.
  • In a deep bowl, combine cottage cheese, vanillin, sugar and prepared bananas. Mix well.
  • Cut the lavash into convenient parts to wrap the filling.
  • Put the filling on the lavash and turn into rolls.
  • Put the tubes into a baking dish and grease with a yolk on top.
  • Bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 ° C until golden crust.
