The recording from the incident placed on the portal X, among others PiS MP Anita Czerwińska on Wednesday afternoon. The recording shows Grzegorz Braun, who – in the assistance of cameras and the Marshal's Guard – in turn approaches the boards that are part of the parliamentary exhibition dedicated to equality and LGBT people, removes them from the frames, throws them on the floor and in half.

Shortly afterwards, the boards were straightened and re -placed on the frames. The leader of the Left Parliamentary Club Anna Maria Żukowska told journalists that she would submit an application for immediate deal with this case to the Marshal of the Sejm Szymon Hołownia.
She added that the same exhibition by the “Tęczowe Opole” Association was already attacked by Braun in March this year in Opole; The notification in this case went to the prosecutor's office.

Sejm Marshal Szymon Hołownia announced on Wednesday that MEP Grzegorz Braun was banned from entering parliament. As he emphasized, he also changed the instructions of the Marshal's Guard – henceforth SM can use physical force towards people who will destroy property.

“MEP Braun, who destroyed the exhibition in our building today, and was led out of it by the guards, is forbidden to enter the Polish parliament from today,” Marshal Hołownia said on platform.
He added that “there is no place for hooligans in the Sejm.”
“I also changed the instructions issued by my predecessors issued by my predecessors. Until now (SM) she could use physical force towards people covered by immunity when they threatened other people, now she would be able to do so also when they destroy property” – emphasized Hołownia.
He reminded that “almost a year and a half ago, the Sejm lifted the immunity of MP Braun after a loud anti -Semitic fungus.” “I hope that the indictment in this case will finally go to court,” he said.
Radosław Sikorski referred to the incident in the entry on X of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Sejm Marshal in 2014-2015. “As a former Speaker of the Sejm, I do not understand why the Marshal's Guard did not stop MP Braun again in the act of destroying private property” – he wrote.
This is not the first incident involving Braun in the Sejm of this term – in December 2023, the MP extinguished the commemorative Chanka's world set up in the Sejm; In April last year He heard allegations in this matter. (PAP)
