“Drink, music and dance.” How did a school minibus be transported to transport the party to a marriage, with the mayor's consent
The school minibus in a commune in Vaslui is also used for purposes other than those for which it was entrusted to the City Hall. This weekend, a group of people was transported to a civil marriage.
The Vaslui publication The new weather wrote that the minibus, from the commune of Vinderei, was walked through the commune, from Obârșeni to Vinderei, a thing forbidden by law.
According to Law no. 162 of May 29, 2024, school vehicles cannot carry out third parties, other than students in state pre -university education.
The commune of Vinderei owns two minibuses and a bus, but one of the minibuses was offered from the Ministry of Education and can only be used for students and teachers. On Saturday, May 8, it was also used for the transport of a group of people to the town hall, where the civil marriage took place. Information has been confirmed by several people in the commune:

The director of the educational unit also declared that he had notified the School Inspectorate.
“Yes, I also heard what is said. I announced the school inspectorate, and I don't know what will happen. If it was used minibus Yellow, with VS 12 CLV registration number, indeed, the law does not allow us. This minibus is registered on the school. The mayor did not announce that he would be rented. I didn't know anything.
I only know that if the teachers ask me the minibus for some activities – at the theater, at playgrounds, at the cinema – I make a request to the mayor and the decide. You have to do this because the fuel we consume is settled by the Local Council.
But I would like to point out that the City Hall owns three such vehicles – two minibuses, including the one for the students, and a bus. The other two vehicles can be used for other purposes. Contacted by telephone, the General School Inspector of the Vaslui County School Inspectorate said that he will make an address to the Common City Hall in which he will consider the institution that the use of the school minibus is forbidden than those for which it was entrusted.
The new weather tried to contact the mayor of Vinderei commune, Ionuț Ghiur, but he did not answer. Also, the publication notes that, in December 2022, several PSD mayors used minibuses to transport citizens to a party in the center of Vaslui.
