Ingredients:

Chicken breast – 200 g
Olive oil – 2 tbsp. tablespoons
Red onions (thin rings) – 1 pcs
Cucumber (halves of circles) – 1 pcs
Tomato (cubes) – 1 pc
Red pepper (straw) – 1 pc
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp. tablespoons
Salt and pepper – to taste
Fresh leaves of greens – for feeding

Step -by -step instruction:

Heat the pan over medium heat, pour in 1 tbsp. a spoonful of olive oil.
Fry chicken breast until golden crust on both sides. After roasting, let the meat cool a little, then cut it in small pieces.
In a deep bowl, connect the red onion, cucumber, tomato and red pepper.
Add chopped chicken to vegetables.
Season the salad with the remaining olive oil and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly so that the sauce evenly covers all the ingredients.
Put the salad on a plate with green leaves and serve.
