The attack took place on Saturday at approx. 15:30 near the railway station in the city of Pasawa in Lower Bavaria, near the border with Austria. A 48-year-old Mercedes driver rammed a group of people there on the pavement.
The police said that at least five people were injured in the event – one of which seriously and four slightly. Among the victims are a 38-year-old driver of the driver and his 5-year-old daughter.
The officers are still working at the scene. The 48-year-old was detained. – Preliminary interrogations of witnesses indicate that the reason for the incident was the dispute with his wife for care [nad dzieckiem] – Police spokesman in Straubing said in an interview with “Bild”.
