Ingredients:
White cabbage young – 200 g.
Green onion – 20 g.
Eggs – 3 pcs.
Sour cream – 100 g.
Mayonnaise – 50 g.
Flour – 100 g.
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Vegetable oil – 2.5 tbsp. (2 in the dough and 0.5 for lubrication of the pan)
How to cook:
- Remove the upper leaves from cabbage, thinly chop it and chop it. Cut green onions. Combine the cabbage and onion in the bowl, slightly suck and mix.
- In a deep bowl, beat the eggs with a whisk, add sour cream, mayonnaise and vegetable oil (2 tbsp), beat all the ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the sifted flour with baking powder into the dough, mix with a spoon until a liquid consistency is obtained.
- Add cabbage with onions to the dough and mix well.
- Heat the pan with 0.5 tbsp. vegetable oil, pour the dough into the pan, smooth out with a spoon or silicone spatula. Cover with a lid and fry over low heat for 15-20 minutes on one side.
- When one side is browned, carefully turn the pie with a flat dish, cover with a lid and cook another 10 minutes until cooked.
