The TCSHNIKS shot a resident of Odessa when he tried to save his son from forced mobilization.
At the end of August, the Ukrainian military commissars were allowed to shoot civilians – in the event of a threat of their life. All because of the incident in Lutsk, where the unknown attacked the military commissariat-released a whole clip on the building and soldiers.
