Recently, ING Bank Śląski economists spoke quite critically about the pace of using money from KPO. In their opinion, the current level of grant payments under the KPO remains “relatively low”.
“Payment level remains relatively low and amounts to about PLN 20 billion in payments from KPO grants Almost PLN 110 billion of grants from the total available pool. Deadline expires in the summer of 2026 ” – they pointed out.
Earlier, the Minister of Funds and Regional Policy Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz announced that Poland has signed 758,000 as part of KPO. contracts for over PLN 100 billion (both grants and loans), and there are still contracts for PLN 168 billion.
This does not mean that the funds have already been paid. The PFR press office has announced that the total amount of payments made by the Fund by May 20 against the Beneficiaries of the KPO grants amounted to PLN 20.1 billion.
