I make cheese bowls in panning: the filling is melting in my mouth, a crunch is heard for a km – recipe

There are dishes that conquer from the first bite. A crispy crust, hiding a delicate filling literally melting in the mouth. The aroma that spreads in the kitchen and makes guests look into the plate. Cheese Bowles are one of these recipes.

They are simply prepared, and fly like hot pies:

Ingredients

  • 200 g of soft cheese (Mozarella, Suluguni)
  • 50 g of solid cheese (Chedder, Parmesan)
  • 1 tsp. Dried garlic
  • A pinch of paprika
  • 100 g of breading crackers
  • 1 chicken egg
  • 2 tbsp. l. flour
  • 100 ml of cold water

Cooking

Grate hard cheese, mix with soft, add garlic and paprika. Form balls the size of a walnut. Cool 15 minutes. Prepare three bowls: flour, whipped egg with water, crackers. Run each ball in flour, then in the egg, then in crackers. Heat the oil to 180 degrees and fry the bowls until golden crust.

Serve them hot until the cheese is stretching, and the breading is not wet. Then the crunch will be heard throughout the kitchen, and the neighbors will run away to the alluring smell. Bon appetit!
