I throw a pear in the dough, at the exit – a pie with “tails”: eat to the last crumb

Sometimes I want something special … Something that will not just saturate, but give a real pleasure. This pear pie is exactly what you need. The fruits drowning in golden dough look just magical.

Despite its exquisite appearance, this cake is very easy to prepare:

Ingredients

  • Butter – 120 g
  • Sugar – 100 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Flour – 180 g
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp
  • Pear-4-5 pcs.
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp.
  • Ground cinnamon – 0.5 tsp

Cooking

  1. Beat the soft butter with sugar to puffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly.
  2. See the flour with baking powder and cinnamon. Gently enter the dry mixture into the oil, mixing until smooth.
  3. Wash the pears thoroughly, dry and clean from the peel. If the tails are long, shorten them a little.
  4. Put the dough in a baking dish greased with oil. Gently “drown” whole pears in the dough, having them evenly.
  5. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 50-60 minutes, until the pie becomes golden and the pears are soft.

This pie is so sorry, because it looks like a work of art. But, believe me, the first portion will be eaten instantly, and then they will ask for supplements. Bon appetit!

Earlier it was reported how to prepare crispy cheese rings throughout the family.
