Ingredients
For the test:
- Flour – 250 g
- Warm water – 150 ml
- Dry yeast – 5 g
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp. tablespoons
- Salt is a pinch
- Sugar – 1 teaspoon
For the filling:
- Ripe pear – 1 pc.
- Pineapple – 150 g
- Mozarella cheese – 150 g
- Olive oil – for lubrication
- Honey – 1 tbsp. spoon
- Rugula – for decoration
Cooking
- In warm water, dissolve yeast and sugar. Let stand for 5-10 minutes before the foam cap appears. Sut the flour in a large bowl, add salt, olive oil and yeast mixture.
- Knock soft, elastic dough. Roll into the ball, lubricate with olive oil, cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours so that the dough rises in half.
- Wash the pear, remove the core and cut into thin slices with pineapple. Grate mozzarella on a coarse grater.
- Heat the oven to 220 ° C. Roll out the dough in a thin circle or rectangle. Transfer to a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Lubricate the dough with olive oil.
- Distribute Mozarella evenly along it, then lay out the slices of the pears and pieces of pineapple. Bake in a preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until the dough becomes golden and the cheese will melt.
