Court in Lichtenstein on the side of the children of Zygmunt Solorz

The princely court in Liechtenstein decided the dispute regarding the validity of changes in the statute of the Tivi Foundation and the transfer of control over it, made on August 2, 2024. The court fully recognized the reasons for the children of Zygmunt Solorz and dismissed their father's claim.

It indicates that the surroundings of Zygmunt Solorz tried to negate the validity of the statement in which he renounced active control over the Tivi Foundation, which is the owner of the Polsat Plus Group.

“However, the court's decision is clear. The decisions of the TIVI Foundation Statute launching irrevocable succession are important. The court also emphasized that we have never misled and we did not cheat on our father. This judgment has a double symbolic dimension for us,” wrote the children of Solorz.

In their opinion, the court's decision confirms the stability and maturity of the Polsat Group's business model.

“In a crisis situation, constructed many years ago, the mechanism of succession and protection of the family and property against attempts to manipulate or take over people from outside, worked. Despite the brutal attack on the family, us and the interest of companies managed by the family, fuses in the system fulfilled its role. The court's judgment confirms that the succession was made” – wrote in a statement.

“Secondly, which is particularly important to us, the court very clearly emphasized that there is no evidence or premises that our father was misleaded by us. The desperate attempts to attribute to us against the will or in conflict with the Father proved to be lying and unworthy” – added.

The children of Zygmunt Solorz provide both the surroundings inside and all stakeholders and the market that their priority will continue to guard security, but also the development of companies.

“At the same time, although the court's decision brings peace in the business field, the most important fight, unfortunately, does not end. The court judgment only confirms how far our fears were about the safety of the Father and the harmful influence that people have on him, trying to take over his property.
