New tax facilities for families with children. What conditions should meet

A group of parliamentarians recently submitted, in the Senate, a draft law to establish the subsidies for the family home, which would run for a period of 10 years since next year.

The legislative initiative proposes a program for families with children, auxiliary to the mortgage lending, a program that “Consider the needs of young people's living and facilitates the decision to establish a family, to have children, respectively to assume more children”, According to the note of foundation of the draft normative act.

Who can benefit from subsidies in the mortgage loan interest
“The program” Subsidies for the Family House “, carried out between 2026-2036, aims to facilitate the access of people who have children to housing suitable for their needs by granting facilities of interest subsidies and by reducing the level of commissions related to mortgage loans.”, It is shown in the draft law.
According to him, the beneficiary of the program is the debtor of a mortgage contract that cumulatively fulfills the humid conditions:
- The creditor did not declare the early maturity;
- does not register arrears greater than 30 days when repayment of the credit;
- has child/maintenance children;
- It owns only one home, the object of the credit agreement.
The children in the maintenance of the beneficiary can be taken into account for a single mortgage loan for which the facilities provided by this law are granted.
Thus, the facility consisting of the subsidization of the interest is granted to the beneficiaries according to the wedding of children in maintenance, as follows:
- 100% for three or more children.
If the death of the spouse or the other parent/guardian/legal representative of the child/children intervenes; or if the other parent of the child/children is declared unknown or disappeared; Or if the guardianship court decides the exercise of parental authority by a single parent, the holder of the mortgage contract, or if the adopter is a single person, the subsidy represents:
– 25% for a child
– 75% for two children
-100% for three or more children.
Regarding the guarantee commission calculated at the balance of the guaranteed amount, it can be reduced as it should:
– with 25 % for a child,
– with 75% for two children,
– 100% for three or more children.
