With favorable moods in Europe and only gently withdrawing to Wall Street WIG20 did not take the opportunity and could not return above 2800 points. The attention of individual investors was drawn to the Dino Polska message, which announced the Split of Action.
It was not an overly exciting session. After a good opening, WIG20 gained up to 1% and was again above 2,800 points. However, the joy of stock bulls did not last too long. After a quick supply of supply, the Blue Chips index was broken near the lines and remained there for the rest of the day.
Finally, WIG20 ended Tuesday's quotations of 2,796.13 points, which meant an increase of 0.34%. Therefore, the situation remained unchanged. We are still waiting for a return to the stock market bull market, which got stuck in the mud after a quick April relief of the March discount. WIG20 is still located nearly 14-year-old peaks, with an impressive 27.5%return on this year's rate of return (YTD).
WIG twitched up by 0.18% at turnover of less than PLN 1.8 billion – i.e. similar to the record high of this year's average row of almost PLN 1.8 billion per session. MWIG40 recorded a recourse by 0.2%, and mWIG80 gave 0.27%. Changes in the main WSE indexes were therefore cosmetic after we celebrated new historical records of the above -mentioned indexes last week.
Orange Polska (+2%) did the best in the group of blue chips. Budimex shares, which recently informed about new railway contracts, were more expensive by 1.6%. Pepco papers have gained over 1.7%. In the case of the latter, speculation about the sale of the Poundland chain stores appeared.
It was also worth paying attention to the Dino Polska message, which announced the Split shares in a ratio of 1 to 10. – The adoption of a resolution is motivated primarily by an increase in the liquidity of trading in the company's shares and increasing the availability of the company's shares for individual investors – the company was written. Currently, one Dino action costs almost PLN 540, which can be a fairly high amount for a large part of retail investors.
It slows down a bit, but the good of power companies continued. Tauron's shares were the most expensive in history today, and the WIG-Energia industry index was at most for nearly a decade. In this context, you can also record the renaissance of Bogdanka's values, which on Tuesday increased by 5.5%.
