
This recipe for making a wilderness will conquer you with its simplicity and taste. The fern turns out to be very tender and flies off the table in a matter of minutes.
Ingredients:
- Fern;
- Meat (any, but better than pork);
- Soy sauce 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons;
- Garlic-2-3 cloves;
- Vegetable oil for frying.
To soak the freshly -shaped fern in slightly salted water for at least 6 hours so that all the bitterness comes out of it. You can leave it overnight, and in the morning to do cooking.
So, rinse the fern, cut it with a portioned straw. Boil 20 minutes without salt. Rinse the finished fern with cold water in a colander.
Cut the meat in small pieces and fry it until cooked. Add fern to the meat and fry for another 10 minutes. Grind the garlic and add to the fern with meat. Pour soy sauce, mix. Hold on low heat for a couple of minutes. The dish is ready. Bon appetit!
