Krasnoyarsk will be judged by the smoke shot in the store and theft of the phone at the former (video)

The 38-year-old resident of Krasnoyarsk will appear before court for hooliganism and theft.

According to the police, the woman committed the first crime in October last year in the Bristol store:

“Being intoxicated, she came to the store and from the shelf, where the bottles were located, she dropped one on the floor. The employee saw what happened and said that she would have to pay for the broken product. However, this did not suit the woman and a verbal conflict began. Highly angry with the seller and visitors, she took out the “hunter signal” device from the bag and made a descent, arranging a smoke shot ”.

During the investigation, a hooligan involvement in the theft of a cell phone from a former cohabitant – a gadget, was established, he lost while he was in the hospital. The woman handed over the phone in a pawnshop, and spent the money on personal needs.

Under Part 2 of Art. 213 and part 2 of Art. 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, Krasnoyarsk may be punished with a fine, or forced or correctional work or imprisonment for up to 7 years.
