When he arrived at Parliament to meet George Simion, Gigi Becali told reporters that he came to “console the boy.”

Becali believes that George Simion lost the final with Nicușor Dan because he “was wrong”.

The businessman, elected deputy on the gold lists in the December 1 elections, listed the three “mistakes” that he considers to have made George Simion at the end of the campaign: the statements about the plan with houses to 35,000 euros, the statements about the reduction of the number of budgets and an exaggerated association with Călin Georgescu. For the problem with the houses, Gigi Becali claims that he was willing to offer a solution.
