The City Hall of Krasnoyarsk spoke about the new procedure for placing temporary structures

In Krasnoyarsk, a new order has been developed to place temporary structures, work has been underway for more than a year. PSpecialists of the Department of Urban Planning have already discussed the rare changes with representatives of the business community, the prosecutor's office and the Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs' Rights.
According to the city hall, the following points will be taken into account in the new version of the document:
- The maximum area and the rules for modernizing retail facilities. This will streamline the area and prevent cases of illegal change in the object.
- POption of the survey procedure, as well as checkswhich will apply to already current agreements.
- The maximum deadline for the right to a compensation place The placement of the temporary structure, as there are still entrepreneurs who have not enjoyed this right over the past 7-8 years.
- Application of a single approach to external appearance Pavilions and kiosks, which is registered in the architectural and art regulations of Krasnoyarsk and methodological recommendations for the placement of non-stationary trading facilities. Now entrepreneurs are mandatory consistent with the appearance only when extending agreements, in the new version, this clause will become mandatory when concluding an agreement on placement.
Currently, the document is considered by supervisory authorities and deputies, entrepreneurs have already made their proposals. After that, the procedure for coordinating the new edition of Decree No. 809 with the administration bodies will be launched.
“We are faced with the task on the eve of the 400th anniversary of Krasnoyarsk to put the city in order. Part of this great work is the ordering of the placement of temporary structures. It is necessary to make them more attractive in terms of appearance. The current decree No. 809 was approved back in 2014, now the appearance of the city has changed a lot. Therefore, pavilions, automobile parking, kiosks and other objects need to update” – told the deputy head of the Department of Urban Planning Maxim Silkin.
