The President of South Korea Yun Sok Yolya decided to detention – the court issued the decision.
He is accused of that in December he introduced martial law in the country for five hours and plunged the state into a deep political crisis. The president began to have problems: he was announced impeachment and threatened with a prison term.
Yun Sok Yol was the first acting leader of the country to arrest.
