Vinnytsia is currently experiencing a blackout following a nighttime attack by Russian forces. In response to the outage, critical infrastructure is operating on backup power. During this period without electricity, electric transport services will be halted. However, more buses and route taxis will be deployed to accommodate transportation needs in the city.
