She outlined several valid grounds for such resignations, including the care of three minor children, raising a child after the death of one parent, and providing care for relatives with disabilities under specific legal conditions. “If there is a legal basis and all necessary documents are in order, the response ‘there is no one to serve’ does not justify a refusal to grant the resignation,” Stavniychuk emphasizes.
