A shooting involving the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) and the Military Intelligence (HUR MO) has led to two charges, as confirmed by Prosecutor General Kravchenko. The charges stem from the use of firearms during the incident. An SBU officer has been charged under Article 365, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine for exceeding authority or official powers, which resulted in violence or the threat of violence. Additionally, a serviceman from the HUR MO has been charged under Article 348 for infringing upon the life of a law enforcement officer or military personnel.
