Fines for Russian Language Use in School Chats Set at 11,900 Hryvnias

The use of the Russian language in school chat groups will incur fines of up to 11,900 Hryvnias, as stated by language ombudsman Ivanovska. The initial violation may result in a warning or a fine of up to 5,100 Hryvnias. However, subsequent offenses will lead to the maximum penalty of 11,900 Hryvnias.
