Kyiv’s alert system could soon categorize warnings into two tiers: ‘yellow’ and ‘red’, according to MP Yevheniya Vasylevska-Smahlyuk. During a ‘yellow’ alert, businesses would have the discretion to decide whether to operate. In contrast, a ‘red’ alert, indicating a missile threat, would lead to the closure of shops, public transport, and all institutions.
