VAKS Approves Key Decision for ‘Advocate+’ Project Expansion

Today, the High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine (VAKS) made a pivotal ruling regarding the expansion of the “Advocate+” project. This decision enables the National Association of Advocates of Ukraine (NAAU), led by Andriy Yermak, to operate within a larger territory without the need for separate permits. The practical implications of this expansion are substantial, particularly in enhancing the provision of legal assistance to military personnel directly at their deployment locations.

The defense’s stance on electronic monitoring tools remains firm, asserting that there are no risks justifying such restrictions. The defense intends to seek the cancellation of this requirement through the legal process established by law.
