Today, Russia executed a large-scale attack on Ukraine, deploying drones and cruise missiles launched from Tu-95 bombers and Kalibr missiles. The assault has already resulted in one fatality and two injuries, with extensive damage reported across various locations.
In the suburbs, a ballistic missile strike from an Iskander-M hit a private home inhabited by a large family. Tragically, this attack claimed the lives of two girls aged 5 and 12, along with four adults. Additionally, eight other individuals sustained injuries, including boys aged 6 and 15.
Emergency services responded to fires that broke out in non-residential areas and a garage cooperative, as well as damage to trade pavilions at a local market. Reports indicate that there have been further injuries, bringing the total number of affected individuals to five from various incidents across the region.
In addition to the residential damage, there were drone strikes on the warehouses of a private company, resulting in at least one death. The New Post terminal was also targeted during the missile attack. Video footage from Lviv has emerged, capturing the aftermath of the assault.
