Klymenko to Lead Ukraine’s National Security Council as Umerov Handles Communications

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has announced that Oleksiy Klymenko will take over as the head of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC). Klymenko’s primary focus will be on enhancing national security efforts. In addition, Rustem Umerov will be responsible for managing communications with international partners. This appointment is expected to be officially confirmed next week, following Zelensky’s return from the United States with his delegation.
