In Krasnoyarsk, a court prohibited an entrepreneur from providing catering services using products without veterinary accompanying documents. This was reported by the Rosselkhoznadzor department for the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

Violations were detected in a cafe serving Uzbek cuisine on Molokova Street. During on-site events, experts determined that raw materials were used to prepare meat dishes without the necessary documents in the Mercury system. We were talking about beef kebabs, dolma, chicken fillet, chicken wings, lagman and other dishes.

Veterinary accompanying documents are needed to confirm the origin of the product and its safety. Without them, it is impossible to verify where the raw materials were produced and whether they passed the necessary controls. The entrepreneur was warned several times about the inadmissibility of violations, but they were ignored. After this, Rosselkhoznadzor went to court.

The Sovetsky District Court of Krasnoyarsk satisfied the department's demands and banned catering activities using products without veterinary documents. Rosselkhoznadzor noted that in 2026 this is already the fifth similar court decision in the Krasnoyarsk Territory made in favor of the department.
