In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the number of vacancies for specialists with skills in working with artificial intelligence increased by 142% over the year. Employers in the region are ready to offer such employees salaries of up to 200 thousand rubles. This is evidenced by a study by hh.ru analysts.
In general, in the Siberian Federal District, the number of vacancies requiring skills in working with AI tools increased by 19% compared to the first quarter of last year. At the same time, the Krasnoyarsk Territory showed one of the most noticeable increases. Here the number of such proposals increased by 2.4 times.
For comparison, in the Novosibirsk region the growth was 44%, in the Irkutsk region – 25%, in the Altai Territory – 20%, in the Tomsk region – 13%. The largest number of vacancies with AI competencies in Siberia are in the Novosibirsk region. Its share is 42%. Krasnoyarsk Territory takes second place with an indicator of 14%.
Analysts note that employers are increasingly indicating readiness to use neural networks in job vacancies, even if this is not a mandatory requirement. This is how companies show that they are interested in candidates who can speed up work processes using new digital tools.
