“There have never been such prices for red caviar before. The cost of 1 kilogram of freshly salted Chinook caviar in Vladivostok reaches 10 thousand rubles, in Kamchatka – up to 9 thousand. Caviar of the most abundant salmon species, pink salmon, has risen to 7.5 thousand rubles per 1 kilogram,” experts said.
