The next round of searches was carried out from June 4 to June 9 along walking routes in the direction of Kuturchinsky Belogorye, which were identified by criminologists. The results of the work carried out will be analyzed, after which a decision will be made on the advisability of further large-scale searches or to continue them by examining individual local areas of the area,” the Investigative Committee said today.

According to KP-Krasnoyarsk, the seized item that investigators reported was part of a walking stick.

Let us remind you that as part of the criminal investigation into the unknown disappearance of the family, it was established that on September 28, the couple, together with their 5-year-old daughter, went on a hiking trip from the outskirts of the village of Kuturchin. For two days they did not contact their relatives, and therefore on September 30, the woman’s son filed a complaint with law enforcement agencies.

The media and social networks have repeatedly expressed various conspiracy theories about the mysterious disappearance of the family, including that they could have fled to another country. But law enforcement and search engine experts believe the main version of what happened was an accident, associated with a sharp change in weather conditions in the mountains.
