The search for the Usoltsev family, who disappeared in the taiga of the Krasnoyarsk Territory last fall, can only be effective until mid-June. This was reported by TASS with reference to former rescuer Yuri Railko, who participated in the search in the fall.

According to the expert, the snow has now melted, so search engines have little time left to detect possible traces. Once the grass is actively growing, this will be almost impossible to do.

Let us remind you that Irina and Sergei Usoltsev and their five-year-old daughter Arina disappeared on September 28, 2025. The first search became the largest in the region. More than 1.5 thousand people took part in them.

On June 4, the Investigative Committee resumed the search operation. It will last until June 9. About 80 people are currently involved in the search. If there are no results, the operation will be suspended.
