This was not the purpose of the law, but to bring all the increases once and for all to a law of unitary wages.

-(time when Ukraine lost control of drones?) I don't think I have this information now. the risk of a tragedy did not exist because the time the Ukrainian side informed us was exactly the time the drone self-detonated.

-(are you sure of a majority?) There were several rounds of informal consultations, of the type of prime minister, technocratic government or politicians, if it is technocratic, how the secretaries of state should be… All these discussions took time. I'm not talking about a certain indecision of the parties. I think I was fair to the police parties, I informed them every step of the way and I think it's the only solution.

-The composition and the program is a discussion that has already started with the parties by the designated prime minister. It is strictly a discussion between Eugen Tomac and the people he wants as ministers. There are interesting people among my advisers. We'll see, it's his decision.

-If somehow a government of my predecessors failed, there was clearly a pro-Western alternative. There really is no other pro-Western solution at this point. Any politician assumes all the gestures he makes, now it was a gesture of assuming a reality.

-(why not Grindeanu prime minister?) Their Lordships did not take the districting to the end. When I asked who should be the majority, no one took the reasoning to the end about who should be the majority. I have hope that all pro-Western forces will support this government because there is no other logical pro-Western option.

-When a political leader says “we want PSD in government”, one must ask with whom. The scenario I like best is that the parties in the former coalition support the technocrat government.

-(below 30% trust after one year in office?) Citizens are always right when they evaluate you. I try to explain how I see Romania. It is a dissatisfaction in society, elections generate expectations, they do not always have a suitable implementation term.

An explosion of a marine drone took place on Friday, at 10:28 a.m., in berth 78 of Constanța Port. MApN specified that the drone self-detonated, is not part of the equipment of the Romanian Army, but is of the type used in the war in Ukraine.

The Ukrainian navy confirmed that the marine drone that exploded in the port of Constanța on Friday belonged to them, adding that they lost control of the craft due to Russian electronic warfare means.

“During the performance of missions in the operational area of ​​the Black Sea, one of the unmanned maritime vessels of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine lost control under the influence of the enemy's electronic warfare means and found itself near the coasts of Romania,” the Ukrainian naval forces said in a short statement posted on Facebook.

President Nicușor Dan wrote, during the afternoon, in a post on X, that the Ukrainian army lost control of four drones, among them the one that exploded in Constanța Port. All four drones self-detonated so that there are no longer any risks to Romanian citizens.

“In addition to the drone that self-destructed in the port of Constanța, a second one self-detonated, under the monitoring of the Coast Guard, off the Port of Constanța, and two other drones exploded about 145 km east of Constanța”, stated the head of state.

“At this moment, there is no longer any danger to the Romanian citizens and the national infrastructure”, President Dan also affirmed.
