Conor McGregor continues to prove that he is still the biggest attraction in the UFC.
Despite his five-year absence and his return from a broken leg suffered in his last fight of 2021, the Irish superstar continues to draw audiences like no other in the sport.
Huge prices on Conor McGregor's UFC return
The clearest evidence of this comes from the initial ticket sales for his fight against Max Holloway at UFC 329, which will take place in the 20,000-seat T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
The price for a place from where you can watch McGregor's return reaches up to 24,600 euros. Currently, the cheapest tickets available cost 1,822 euros. The most expensive options are for seats in the third row, close to the octagon, while those in the fourth row, on the opposite side, sell for 15,990 euros each.
There are still a small number of ringside seats available, with the cheapest option being offered for just over €7,300. Although there are also more affordable tickets in the upper levels of the arena, under €2,000, they have been selling extremely fast since the start of pre-sales last week. Currently, the cheapest ticket available for McGregor's return is a seat in the last row of the “T-Mobile Arena”, priced at €1,822.
It is important to note that none of the prices shown include taxes or fees, which will further increase the final amount for buyers. In addition to standard tickets, OnLocation – the events division of UFC owners TKO Group Holdings – also offers VIP packages for fans with deeper pockets.
The cheaper option offers a VIP ticket, a ringside seat, a post-fight Octagon experience, plus reserved access to the ceremonial weigh-in. Final ticket revenue for the event will be announced the night of the gala.
In his career, the former two-division champion has generated ticket revenue in excess of €17 million, but those events took place in 2016 and 2018 respectively. Given the huge interest in his upcoming fight with Holloway at UFC 329, McGregor could earn his biggest ticket earnings to date – outside of his boxing match against Floyd Mayweather, which brought in over €55 million.
