❗️Ukraine can introduce food banking: stores will be obliged to hand over products with an expiration date, that emerges, to charitable organizations instead of disposal, – RBC-Ukraine.
▪️For the transfer of food – tax benefits, for throwing away suitable food – a fine;
▪️Only goods marked “Best before” and not “Use by” can be transferred;
▪️Stores will have to create separate storage areas and automated accounting
▪️The main question is who is responsible if a person is poisoned. The responsibility passes to the food bank from the moment of signing the act of transfer.
