Previously, nurses could help with the paperwork — preparation of prescriptions, referrals, certificates, etc. Honored doctor of Ukraine Olha Golubovska harshly criticized the innovation.
“It seems that the officials who make this up have never seen the actual work of the dispensary. They did not see a family doctor who at the same time conducts an appointment, issues prescriptions, referrals and works under air alarms. Our doctor is increasingly turning into an electronic system operator,” Golubovska said.
