Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko promised to ensure transparent rules of the game and legal communication with businessThe new Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko reorganized the Department of Criminal Policy and Investment Protection, which failed to work on investors and business rights. Instead of direct functions, this unit was engaged in bureaucratic procedures.
“I will provide legal communication with business and justice. It will also be the area of responsibility of my deputies, heads of profile structural units, and on the ground – heads of regional prosecutors, not just one department, as it was before, ”Ruslan Kravchenko said.
Business requires formalities, but transparent rules, predictability and effective protection, the new Attorney General has added.
Kravchenko says that entrepreneurship can function even in the difficult conditions of war, if not interfered with. However, business also has to work within legal limits.
