Four more residents were rescued from the fifth floor of a residential building in Shebekino using a ladder truck. At least five people were injured.
The first three floors of the five-story building collapsed. The fourth and fifth ones hung on a reinforced concrete structure. Rescuers cordoned off an area within a kilometer radius, and residents of neighboring buildings were evacuated to a nearby school.
