The company took a full prepayment for the door from a resident of Achinsk and did not transfer the order to the factory

Rospotrebnadzor helped a resident of Achinsk return money for an unfulfilled order for an interior door. This was reported in the press service of the department.
The woman made a purchase on the door factory website in May last year. Manufacturing contract doors, frames, trim and handles worth 89,250 rubles entered into a contract with Symbiosis LLC.
The buyer made a 100% advance payment, the seller promised to complete the order within 45 working days. But the buyer never received the door.
During the negotiations, it turned out that Symbiosis turned out to be an intermediary who, due to financial difficulties, simply did not transfer the order to the factory. The woman filed a claim demanding a refund of the prepayment, but the company ignored her.
Then she contacted Rospotrebnadzor. Specialists helped to draw up a statement of claim to the court. As a result, more than 190 thousand rubles were recovered from Symbioz LLC: 89,250 rubles for the cost of the goods, 32,576 rubles in penalties, 5 thousand rubles in moral damages and 63,413 rubles in fines. The court's decision has already entered into force.
