In the Sverdlovsk district of Krasnoyarsk, 16 dilapidated houses on Krasnopresnenskaya Street are being resettled. This was reported on the telegram channel of the city hall “GradVestnik”.

The buildings were built during the war and post-war times for cement plant workers; in total, more than 700 people lived in them. Now almost half of the residents have already moved to new housing or received monetary compensation. The resettlement is planned to be completely completed by 2028, after which the houses will be demolished.

In total, 51 emergency buildings are currently being resettled in Krasnoyarsk. Most of them – 44 houses – are part of the regional targeted program, the rest are resettled at the expense of the city budget. The total amount of financing is almost 3 billion rubles.
