The Romanian national team begins a new era under the command of Gheorghe Hagi (61 years old), who will debut in June, with two friendlies against the national teams of Georgia and Wales.

In the first friendly test, scheduled for June 2, in Tbilisi, from 20:00, the tricolor national team will duel with Georgia, the team that called for the action in the summer and the champion of Romania with the University of Craiova, Anzor Mekvabishvili.

The “metronome” of Olten is a constant presence in the Georgia team and will play against Romania in the very first match of Gheorghe Hagi since returning to the helm of the tricolors.
