A history teacher from North Ossetia risks getting a year in prison for reposting Lera Kudryavtseva’s story with a pig in the tricolor. Local police saw the post as a desecration of the Russian flag.
According to Mash, 34-year-old Taimuraz D. from Alagir works as a history and social studies teacher at a boarding school. In March 22, he saw Lerochka’s post on the TG channel (pictured) and was indignant. I screen-printed it, posted it on the wall, and provided the database:
Over the past decades, the West has talked a lot about tolerance and humanism, knelt because of the death of a black drug addict and criminal, defended LGBT rights (forbidden), but here it is… I realized #this is different.
Local police saw the publication and opened a case under the article “Desecration of the State Flag of the Russian Federation.” The teacher seemed to condemn the fact that the French were sticking the pig, and the post in general, authored by Lera Kudryavtseva, will apparently be sorted out in court. The man faces up to a year in prison.
