Named professions with growing salaries in the Krasnoyarsk Territory

Experts from the Russian online recruiting platform hh.ru analyzed the current situation on the labor market in the Krasnoyarsk Territory and found out which specialists employers are willing to pay more.

At the end of April 2026, the median offered salary in the region was 87.7 thousand rubles – this is 10%, or 7.8 thousand rubles more thancompared to the same period in 2025. For comparison, in Russia as a whole this figure reached 84 thousand rubles, an increase over the year of 12%, or 9 thousand rubles.

It is noted that within professional areas in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the dynamics of the proposed salaries were multidirectional. In April 2026 compared to April 2025 growth was recorded in 23 out of 27 professional areas, by which the situation was analyzed:

• automotive business: +27% (+27.4 thousand rubles);
• domestic, service personnel: +26% (+18.4 thousand rubles);
• administrative staff: +24% (+12.8 thousand rubles);
• top and middle management: +22% (+26.7 thousand rubles);
• strategy, investments, consulting: +19% (+20.4 thousand rubles);
• safety: +17% (+8.6 thousand rubles);
• information technology: +15% (+10.6 thousand rubles);
• sports clubs, fitness, beauty salons and marketing, advertising, PR: +13% each (+9.3 thousand and +8.7 thousand rubles, respectively);
• lawyers: +12% (+8 thousand rubles);
• art, entertainment, mass media: +8% (+4.7 thousand rubles);
• retail trade, tourism, hotels, restaurants, production, service and sales, customer service: +7% each (+3.9 thousand, +3.9 thousand, +11.3 thousand and +4.9 thousand rubles, respectively);
• finance, accounting – +6% (+4.2 thousand rubles);
• extraction of raw materials, agriculture, construction, real estate and personnel management, trainings: +5% each (+10.2 thousand, +10.2 thousand, +8.4 thousand and +3.8 thousand rubles, respectively);
• medicine, pharmaceuticals: +4% (+3.2 thousand rubles);
• working personnel: +3% (+3.8 thousand rubles);

At the same time highest median wages in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, employers offer specialists in the following professional areas:

• extraction of raw materials and agriculture – 200.0 thousand rubles each;
• transport, logistics, transportation – 173.7 thousand rubles;
• production, service – 166.5 thousand rubles;
• construction, real estate – 165.7 thousand rubles;
• working personnel – 152.2 thousand rubles;
• top and middle management – 150.3 thousand rubles;
• automotive business – 127.9 thousand rubles;
• strategy, investments, consulting – 125.5 thousand rubles;
• household, service personnel – 87.8 thousand rubles.

As the director of hh.ru Siberia Ekaterina Degtyareva noted,In the labor market of the region, qualified workers and production personnel, primarily employees in demand in a rotational format, continue to be among the highest paid specialists. The high level of offered salaries is also maintained for effective top managers with developed management competencies, as well as specialists in the field of consulting and business development. “In general, we are seeing a moderate but steady increase in salary offers in most professional areas. This indicates that employers in the region are ready and have the opportunity to compete for strong specialists capable of ensuring results, sustainability of processes and development of companies,” the expert believes.
